Susan J. Trammell is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an M.A. in Journalism from New York University. (To become a Chartered Financial Analyst, individuals must pass three sequential examinations over a minimum of three years, as well as meet other requirements. The CFA program is conducted by the Association for Investment Management and Research, the leading global non-profit professional association in the investment industry today.)

Susan Trammell has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Public Affairs & Communications department of American Express Company, the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Oppenheimer & Co., Inc., the venture capital firm Adler & Company, and most recently, Westford Technology Ventures, L.P., an early-stage venture capital limited partnership.
